These therapists have been authorized by the Oregon DMV to write letters for people wishing to change the gender marker on a license or ID.
If your therapist is not on the DMV’s approved list, they may be able to get on it by requesting to be added, or they may be able to co-write a letter with a colleague who is on the list.
